"Location is super good in terms of i) having various choices of restaurants and shops, ii) accessibility to the public transportation, iii) beside the park.
Especially the view from the pool and gym area is exceptional.
A few points which I would love to have is i)non fixed type of shower head for more usability, ii) anti-clockwise rotating = normal rotating water tap/faucet."

"The lobby is always chaotic with many cars and people come and go. Always have to wait very long time for the lift.
On the positive side, the apartment is spacious, the agent is friendly and very responsive, very happy with their services."

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests.
I do not know why check in takes this long.
When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins.
Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking.
Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust.
I will not stay here again."
