" We had a great stay at JW Marriott KL! The location is excellent—right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, just steps away from Pavilion mall and lots of food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and quick to assist. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with plenty of variety however would have been easier to label food ingredients for those with food allergies. Staff awareness of food allergies will be beneficial "

A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC.
