My room was very nice (renovated walk-in shower) and staff allowed us to check in early at 1100 vs 1500. Breakfast was good except for the coffee, and all staff treated us well. The area felt safe, even at night. "

"The hotel is lovely and in a great location. Clean room, quiet. My only complaint is mommy has a very nasty smell. We heard others complain and the staff said it was from waxing the floors but it smelled the two days we were there. Very gross smell. Otherwise lovely hotel! "
