Hotel murah di Riviera Maya

"Booked the Royal Level for ocean front, bathtub, and free room service. Well worth the upgrade. The staff made us feel like special guests. No ask was ever denied. Perfect vacation!"

"I loved the whole facility it was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous. Perfect location to downtown, walking distance to everything. Every single staff member was absolutely helpful and so kind. They really went above and beyond for us."

"I loved our stay at the resort amazing staff amazing room everything was great Only issue I’ve had is the closing time for restaurants is 10pm and buffets ain’t have a lot of variety so everything was reservations despite that food from the restaurants were pretty good buffet food gets pretty tiring after a while of eating"

"It was absolutely breathtaking. There were so many things to do. The staff were very friendly. We were there for 5 days and we didn’t get a chance to explore all the hotel has to offer."

"Loved the property. Beautiful and amazing. Definitely will be coming back"

"Propiedad impecable y personal muy agradable. El único detalle es que el desayuno no es muy fresco ni variado."

"Todo muy bien, algo que no me gusto es que la persona de la limpieza no respetaba el letrero de no molestar, lo puse y en dos ovaciones llego y toco y entró, se supone que si uno pone el letrero de no molestar es para que no te molesten y ella entraba a la habitación,"

"Dafne was an outstanding ambassador. We give her 5 Stars. She was attentive to our needs and took care of us. And checked in with us daily. The staff was great. The resort was at less than 50% capacity, therefore, the restaurants rotated being open and closed which limited our options throughout the two week stay. It’s a newer resort which is a big plus. Very clean facility in all aspects."

"If you’re booking a short stay of 3–4 nights, don’t expect to enjoy much of the resort’s à la carte dining. Although they advertise 5–8 restaurants, getting a reservation is extremely difficult, leaving you with the buffet as your main dining option. What’s the point of having so many restaurants if guests can’t even book a table? I stayed for 10 days, so I was fortunate enough to get reservations at a few of them. Unfortunately, the food at the steakhouse and Indian restaurant was...

"Todo excelente sigan asi tremendo servicio"

"Lean room. Great pool!"

"I LOVED THE WILDLIFE AND THE FRIENDLY STAFF"

"Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the...

"The staff was amazing. They did a wonderful job, always friendly, prompt, helpful, and effective. The food was excellent, drinks plentiful, and amenities as described. The wildlife was amazing including iguanas, coaties, agouties, friendly cats, and beautiful birds. The beach was fantastic, though not typical with a short trip from amenities to the ocean, a rocky ledge to walk past, and lots stars brought in by the tide. It was fantastic all the same."

"El personal de cocina, o que sirve siempre está enojado. Contesta mal. Los meseros son otro boleto, ellos son muy atentos"
