Wonderful accommodation for a great price. We decided to stay an extra day in Cancun and booked this after leaving the resort. Very clean and the staff were amazing and kind. The only thing is they didn’t have face towels in the bathroom, only the large drying towels and hand towels, I didn’t ask for any so that could be my mistake.

There is no beach view. Front desk staff was very nice. Kitchen staff seemed a bit annoyed at times. Food was ok. Room was done everyday but it was clean for the most part. Pool was cute however it was limited to 4 lounge chairs. Only thing that wasn’t good was that our door slammed every time we come in or out of our room. However I’d stay again.

The King Bed room was spacious, with plenty of closet/drawer/hooks/surfaces/below-surface space to unpack and store our luggage. Modern and clean, with reliable hot water and a nice shower. Brand new building, very conveniently located a few blocks away from Quinta Ave action, yet quiet. Has a safe in unit and included parking. Very comfortable for 2 people. The included breakfast was good (cereals, toasts, pastries, eggs, veggies, frijoles, yogourt/granola bar, fresh juices, chilaquiles fixings), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Extremely good value for the price, and way higher quality than most Holiday Inns I have been to in Canada and the U.S. I would absolutely recommend!
