The transportation from the airport to the hotel was excellent. Most people from the hotel were friendly and helpful. All inclusive tours like the one to Xel-Ha and other parks far from the property are great, the guests are taken on time in comfortable buses, and the bed and bed sheets were very nice. But I will not consider this hotel a 5 diamond hotel. The shower in our room was either cold or hot with low water pressure and the toilet barely flushed. The closet is reduced in size. Also our king size bedroom was designed so the bathroom sink is behind the bed headboard with no privacy to wash you hands, brush your teeth, shave, etc. The food and beverages in the property were average to good but nothing out of the ordinary. The transportation to the closest parks is done in a special bus which we did not enjoy, the line for the bus was always chaotic and we had to travel standing up. And finally, in two occasions we were approached to offer us a timeshare and even when they were not insistent it was uncomfortable saying that we were not interested.

I had a problem at the airport with my daughters passport we weren’t able to fly. I called the hotel to see if I can change the dates I knew a refund was not possible. They did not help me they were sticking to their policy no cancelations or changes after May 11th. I lost al the money from the reservation.Very disappointed

The service was great. Every staff member we encountered was nice and friendly. The property was always clean and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family. We will be back again soon. Thank you for an incredible experience.

**** AVOID AT ALL COSTS **** This place is a SCAM - a cheap facility with gangster manager style, food is mediocre at best to outright inedible, that’s IF you can actually carve out time to wait an hour in line for everything: check in, any of the crappy cafeteria-style “restaurants”, valet parking and checkout. An hour. EACH. To top it all off, they damaged my car and to my face admitted they won’t respond for it, just because “they say so, and for me to do whatever I want”. They showed me camera footage of ANOTHER person, ridiculous. I paid $3,300 USD for 48 hours in this gangster, tourist trap, miserable “hotel”. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
