"Balcony tub is nice but you will need to clean it first and the hot water will run out before filling but you don’t need it haha. Staff is really nice although only the Manager speaks English. The area is not as developed as hotel zone and you will need a scooter. But I stayed here for 5 days and loved it "

"I had the most wonderful stay at Bloom.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The service was top notch and the receptionists help us with everything. From arranging taxis, helping us to book activities, atvs etc, nothing was too small or too big.
The apartment was luxurious. The interior design was impeccable. My two young kids felt like home and were sad to leave.
The roof top pool, fire pit, gym and three jacuzzis were great. Great location to main attractions.
I don’t tend to leave...

"We sincerely enjoyed our stay at the Bespoke. The property was beautifully located with an amazing stretch of beach with access to the reef for snorkeling. The restaurant had a wide selection of really delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous and very attentive. I would highly recommend the Bespoke in Tulum. "
