"Raccoons had access to your room from the rooftop since it was made out of tree palms leaves, no one cleaned room from previous stay as the sheets were dirty and dead bugs were within the linen. "Loved every thing! Beautiful resort, nice dining options. Great staff! My only complaint is about the actual room: The rooms could use a bit of updating. It would also be nice to have one room with two queen beds. I travel often with my adult son. The options are twin beds or a king bed with a couch bed. The couch bed was terrible, did not open and sub par for such a wonderful resort. Even so, I would go again! Everything else is wonderful. "
