Our family had a wonderful time during our week long stay at White Sands. The property is beautiful and the two main pools are huge. We spent most of our time at the Colonial Pool which gave us easy access to breakfast and lunch buffets, the kids club, the kids pool and slides, a giant main pool, and the beach. We ate at several of the à la carte restaurants and had a great time at all of them, with Bahia e Brassa being our favourite. The most outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. At every turn they were kind, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had a good vacation. Raul O., the concierge, made our stay so memorable. He got us reservations at every restaurant we had hoped to try, he helped us anytime we had a question, he had helpful recommendations and even arranged a few surprises for our daughter (4 yo) that made her so happy!
Our room was kept incredibly clean by Eduardo; we so appreciated the daily service. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and also at all the buffets. We often ended the day with dessert and coffee at the buffets and were treated so well by Theresa at La Hacienda each night.
We would 100% return here as White Sands had everything we had hoped for our vacation!
