"There is tourist tax and cleaning fees not shown on the booking and are add on later. This is an apartment leasing so expect the fees to be high. Not worth for short term stay as cleaning fees are same regardless 1 night or 10 nights. Lastly the Aircon compressor are making vibration noise. If light sleeper you can avoid this place "

"Room was clean and amenities were great - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap were from Aesop. Even though we experienced an electricity trip, staff were super helpful and resourceful. They were quick to react and ensured we were moved very quickly - all sorted in 30 mins. Bravo! Walking distance to TRX and Pavilion as well. Will def be back."

Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. Communication was disorganized throughout most of our stay, and we struggled to reach the right contact. It only improved toward the end, once we finally connected with our main contact.
