"The only thing that I could say that was an inconvenience was that I couldn’t heat up my food. Please create another place just for people who can heat up their meals or milk etc Because sometimes we need to feed our children at odd hours or an elderly mother And it’s in conversation when someone says Oh we can’t allow you to do that Because it can contaminate out microwave. It’s always important to have it available to the Guest who are staying at your facility."

"Rooms smaller and more dated than some newer hotels ( eg Grand Hyatt where we also stayed) but the breakfast and service impeccable and the best we experienced on our 2week trip. Swimming pool area as good , if not better than Grand Hyatt. The only negative is that the room doors are quite heavy so you hear them banging as well as the wooden bathroom doors and wardrobes. Grand Hyatt rooms larger and more open plan so no noise at all but breakfast and serve at pool nowhere near as good as Oriental "

"Didn’t like this hotel. Cannot recommend it. The room was ok, but there are some sketchy characters hanging around the lobby. Additionally, one of the front desk staff tried to trick me into filling out a guest review right there at check out. There are absolutely a ton of other choices in KL. Go with one of those instead."

"Well placed for walking to malls. Low cost grab rides if one needs. Just behind and to the side are a bunch of inexpensive places to eat. The food is tasty and authentic Chinese dishes."
