"The location was great. Close to all different kinds of transportation and quiet at night. The staff was nice but not great at communicating any issues or understanding concerns. There was usually only one person at the counter even if they were backed up. Sometimes no one was there to help. The public areas were clean and nice. Our room didn’t have a/c or even a working fan and no one came to look at it for the 10 days we were there. "

Except during breakfast everything is at additional cost, tea, coffee. it is behind a counter and you have to request even a cup of hot water. "Great location. Bright, fresh lobby decor. Color changing lights in the bathroom were fun. Bed comfortable. Had issues with the room temperature—it kept saying it was 64 degrees F but it sure felt hotter. Wouldn’t let us go any lower. Toilet 1/2 worked. When we first arrived staff was a little short with us, but after that everyone was very cool and helpful. "
