"Friendly staff very accommodating. Clean fresh room.with lovey shower. Obviously you hear the noise from.the pub entertainment below but didnt bother us. Perfect for a nights stay. "

"Only complaint was that the shower leaked into the whole bathroom. Wall/door not properly sealed. Had to ask for extra towels to dry it up. Other than that very nice place"

"This hotel was GREAT! Location was perfect - I felt so safe walking around this area, a lot of great coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. We got to the hotel before our check in time and we were able to check in early. Would totally stay here again! "

"Everything about the property and staff was great. We loved the location and the bar in the lobby had a great vibe. We did have one issue with the toilet in our room. It just did not flush consistently. There would be times that it would work on the first push then other times it just wouldn’t do anything. We asked them to look at it and it was supposedly fixed but never worked well the entire week we were there. "

"Location is very good. The staff were very friendly. Our ac wasn’t working in the room we checked in. Moved to another room. New room blinds did not go down so could not sleep in every morning. Bathroom shower drain was blocked so water ran all over the bathroom floors. "

"Flies in our first room and the whole basement floor was also infested with flies so they knew the experience was subpar. They did move us to a different room after request but half our stay was already spent"

"Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."
