There is no hot water in the bath room (Maybe the water heater is malfunctioning) Also, there is no towels when I checked in the room, have requested from the staff for few times, and it was delivered after an hour Thus, do not have any restaurant beside the mall, have to drive out or delivery for food

Avoid if you have a choice.
The breakfast was the absolute worst I’ve had in all my stay in hotels all over the world. Coffee was tasteless, food was barely replenished and badly cooked, as if in a rush. After the first day’s breakfast that we paid for during the stay, we decided to forfeit the rest of the breakfasts at the hotel during the stay. Hotel has zero facilities and not helped by the fact that the adjoining shopping centre is a near deserted building. Never would I want to consider staying here again.

1) The room had no study chair when there was a desk (I had to ask for it) 2) when I drew the curtains to get the view of the city, view was beautiful but the ledge and the floor had so much dust and black spotted things that I had to call house keeping to clean the room thoroughly. 3) bed linens were stained with black and brown stains and had to ask them change sheets thrice. Even with the changed linens, bedsheet still had stains. 4) unable to sleep as I felt things biting on my skin throughout night. The next day, I checked the linens again and under the linens and saw black stuff/dots under the bed linens. 5) I could hear the people chattering from the room next door very clearly and they were chatting and laughing till about 5am in the morn. 6) the aircon appears to be very warm and was unable to bring it to lower temperature and was making clicking sounds. - Staff has been helpful by giving a portable air conditioner, however, it was noisier than the room’s air con. 7) towels were stained. Hotel staff, has been very very helpful and kind, and changed my bed linens and gave me new clean towels. However, after house keeping next morning, the refreshed new towels contained stains again. 8) no bath mat. Had to ask. 9) function room was decent. Food provided in function was good. 10) room was really big. A pity it’s not well maintained. Don’t understand why it’s a 4 star, had a 2 star feels.
