I booked the hotel because there are many reviews telling there are many parking spaces. But, when I checked in at 5.30 p.m.,the receptionist said there was an event and I should wait for the parking.They should review my request first. If there was no parking space for me, at least update it. I could cancel,get my refund and book other hotel. Hotel Maluri's receptionists are not well-trained. They should be sent to courses on how to work efficiently.
