Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Located very near to the train station (within 5-10 minutes walking distance), so it's a very strategic place to stay.

This is going to be my first and the last stay.

I booked the hotel because there are many reviews telling there are many parking spaces. But, when I checked in at 5.30 p.m.,the receptionist said there was an event and I should wait for the parking.They should review my request first. If there was no parking space for me, at least update it. I could cancel,get my refund and book other hotel. Hotel Maluri's receptionists are not well-trained. They should be sent to courses on how to work efficiently.

Very average

I stay in this hotel very regularly thinking it will be upgraded but to my disappointment the condition of the rooms are detorrating .. Bathrooms are very dirty. Breakfast on the 6th April was very disappointing.

Close to mall

The staff is quite helpful. The room is not bad, quite spacious. However, on our first day, there is a party and the music don't stop till around 11.30pm, which is quite unpleasant for those of us who want to rest. Overall experience ok.

Staff are great but terrible wifi & location

Very inconvenient wifi system - need to get a new password for each day for the 3 days i stayed there. Imagine finishing my business affairs close to midnight and having to ask for a new wifi password each day. Passwords for each room are different so both me and my business partners had to constantly ask for new ones. If you stay here i would highly advise you get a data simcard instead. Location is also inconvenient and all the times i needed a taxi i had to call for it - no such thing as hailing a taxi by the road side. Given a choice i wouldnt come back and would rather find another hotel the next time i have business in the vicinity.

3D2N Stay at Hotel Maluri

We were traveling for a convention that is happening in PGRM. MH Residences was fully booked therefore we had decided on Hotel Maluri. It was better than expected. Overall it is clean though it is quite old. Hotel breakfast (food) is below average. However, location is pretty okay as there is a nearby mall with supermarket and lots of local food stalls around. Customer service from hotel staff such as room services or calling the reception isn't that great. And there isn't good communication between the reception counter staff. Instructions given was not passed on. However, they're helpful when asking for directions...etc.

BEST AND COMFORT STAY

EVEN THOUGH SHORT TRIP WITH MY HUBBY IT WAS REALLY GREAT TIME STAYING HERE..NICE ENVIRONMENT AND COMFORT STAY. DEFINITELY WILL COME AGAIN TO STAY.

Value for money

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to AEON shopping mall. Plenty of choice for food, e.g fast food as well as local food (Chinese, Indian cuisine, hawker stall). Taxi is easily accessible.
