"Exceptional place but above all the reception staff! Mr Irfan was very flexible and welcoming from the moment we checked in. Other staff cant remember their names were also fantastic and friendly and welcoming. Stayed in many hotels, but the staff in this hotel are next level!!"

"Toilet not properly cleaned. No toiletries such as toothbrush etc. Bedroom and living room tv not working. Washing machine door also spoil. Really lousy experience, super disappointing. "

"Overall great stay. The place has an amazing pool and very good rooms. Limited food places within walking distance but there is a well stocked convenience store in the building next to it. Will definitely stay here again in the future"

"Bad experience. Un expected. First day check in my room doesnt have switch socket outlet. Got old one. Burnt. But luckily can change to another room. Air conditioning cold but very old and disaapointed. Next time maybe i must think two or three times if want to bring my family for staying there."
