"Nice pool, great location, amazing breakfast buffet."

"Rooms are spacious. The rest of the hotel is outdated. There are signs pointing to a health club that’s no longer operational. The pool area and gym are run down. On arrival the hotel offered me a discount on buffet breakfast, which I accepted. But next morning the restaurant was so overbooked there was a very long queue and I didn’t even manage to get a seat before they closed. Still they wouldn’t refund the breakfast because of the fact that it was for a discount price?!"

"Excellent hotel in all aspects. Staff welcoming, friendly and efficient and went above and beyond. Great city centre location right next to Pavillion and close to Bukit Bintang and metro stations / monorail. Walking distance to KLCC. Fantastic range of food at breakfast. Pool area a relaxing idyl in the middle of the city. Will definitely book again. "

"Top notch service! We also loved that it’s above the mall so we can get some groceries or shopping done. Loved that it’s beside the Ampang Park RapidKL so it’s easy to get around and since it’s not exactly in the middle of the city centre, the jam is bearable."
