"Had a nice experience "

"Thankfully we only stayed for one night. The room (number 4) itself was a good size and being on the ground floor, was perfect for getting overnight bags and the dog in. The hot water tap was in need of repair, sometimes water came out of the tap other times it was a trickle. The basin was missing a plug for the basin. I did raise both issues with reception staff. I wasn't expecting maintenance staff to come running on a Saturday afternoon, needless to say the tap wasn't fixed when we arrived...

"I put this for my two daughters as they were staying away near Maidstone in Kent, we use these hotels all over the country and can say that this one did not let them down it was as good as all the others and my two daughters had a great stay"

"Well located close to the M20 and nearby Bearsted village, which is really picturesque. Wifi was really slow for me which was a bit of a pain. Room was lovely - ground floor with a small terrace onto the golf course. Leisure facilities are good. Cafe is a nice place to work."

"Lumpy floor in the en-suite bathroom, Dust on the light bulb in the lamp, cobwebs in the lamp in the hallway! Check in was a bit weird"

"No business gets everything right every time. No one is perfect. But, the way a business reacts when things go wrong is very important. We checked in for two nights and the first night didn’t go well for a variety of reasons, including an uncomfortable mattress, a dodgy shower control and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. These issues were raised with the front desk who upgraded us to a much better room without argument or question. Thank you. "

"What a lovely room. A bed you could sink into, even though my husband prefers a firmer bed I thought it was great. Loved the Character of the place so much history. Menu looked good but unfortunately we weren’t there to eat an evening meal. Ooh! but having stayed in many hotels this had the best and most perfectly cooked English Breakfast I have ever had. Even better than mine and that’s saying something. Staff were very friendly and I would be very happy to recommend anyone to stay here."

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."

"The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep."

"Hotel really nice and staff helpful. Had a major water leak from the shower jn the bathroom. Reported it to reception in the morning and returned from a day out in the evening to find it hadn't been sorted. Staff helped and then upgraded our room. A bit of a pain packing again but upgraded room well worth the hassle. Lovely pool and spa area. 3 bars and restaurants though each night we could only find one open. Excellent for brands hatch."
