I visit many hotels and there are too many major hotel chains that do not maintain high levels of service. This hotel was a welcome change as the standards throughout were very high. A special mention for the staff who were so helpful, and to the very high standards of the outside areas. So pleasing to see no litter but properly maintained gardens and walkways. Well done.

Lovely comfy bed, spacious room, bathroom with actual bath, and nice toiletries. Room was very quiet. Hotel grounds were beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and spa. Dinner was okay, breakfast was very good. Drinks at the zest bar were very expensive (£7.50 Guinness and £12.50 for medium wine!)
