Tilbury Riverside Ferry Terminal

Clean and cute room. Best toiletries provided. Great bar. We loved everything about this hotel and its proximity to the metro station.

This hotel is very handy to Terminal 3 and 2, with free intra-Terminal trains running to other terminals (allow at least 1/2 hour). It has great beds and is quite soundproof from air traffic noise. The upstairs lounge provides good free coffee. The only issue is locating the hotel, but helpful staff at the Terminal 3 DEPARTURES area will direct you far down to the end of a corridor. Look for overhead signage, not immediately, but later once you turn right upon entryto Departures. We would DEFINITELY use this hotel again at Heathrow Terminal 3.

Best aquatic facilities I have experienced at a Fairmont property. Reception was very helpful in a walkabout of the onsite restaurant options. Enjoyed walking the grounds.
