"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very...

"A less than five star for this stay as I had a silly runaround to get a receipt for my stay and the wrong card was charged. When you book ‘pay at property’, beware because what this actually means is that they charge the card used to guarantee the room automatically, on the day of arrival, so you do not have the opportunity to pay at the property with a different card if you chose to do so, nor to arrange an emailed invoice. "The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"The hotel is in a great location. It’s walking distance to Buckingham palace and other sites. It’s very close to Victoria Coach station where many tours originate. You can also walk down to the Thames and catch the Uber boat at Battersea. However, it’s also directly next to the train tracks so you hear the trains 24 hours a day. "Staff were pleasant and accomodating. Hotel was under renovation during our stay which explains the lack of ammenities. Check before you book as the area gets very busy and street closures whenever there is a game. Great location if you’re watching the game."
