"Die Lage war sehr gut, Victoria U-Bahn Station und die Bushaltestelle war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Comfort Doppelzimmer war extrem klein, das Bett ebenfalls. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator, welcher warme Tage nicht wirklich erträglich machte. Wir wollten das Fenster über den Tag geschlossen halten und die Vorhänge zumachen um Hitze zu vermeiden. Die Reinigungskraft machte jedes mal alles auf, somit war es abends stickig im Zimmer. Es gab keine Schilder, dass eine Reinigung...

"I stayed for 2 nights and found the room was very clean and comfortable. I did read reviews of people saying the beds were small but I had no trouble and I'm 5ft 10 and weigh 15st. The air con was much needed too, especially in the heat we have had/having. Location wise is fantastic. Right next to the underground and a 24/7 supermarket. "Stated for one night with my teenager daughters. We were at a concert at Wembley so the location was convenient for the underground. Room was ok, beds comfy (but very squeaky frames- if someone moved in the bed it was loud). No air con in the room but they provided a fan."

"Very friendly staff in the pub when we checked in. Rooms are not huge but for a short stay they are perfect. Was a bit worried about noise when we booked it but no issues at all. "It was absolutely unbearable in the room as there was no aircon and we were given one fan that barely did anything. We couldn’t sleep at all due to the heat. We also had 2 rooms so my daughter’s room was even worse as that had no fan! If a hotel has no aircon, maybe state that in the advert"
