"All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up. "I stayed here for 4 nights while attending an expo at the Excel Centre. Perfect location, maybe a 15-minute pleasant walk to the Elizabeth Line and then only one stop to Custom House for Excel. The apartment gave me plenty of space to chill out after a long day, watch TV etc. I dined out every evening, but should you wish everything you would need for home cooking was there with the oils, condiments and spices to support such efforts. Coffee machine with pods etc Apartment is is on top...

Only 3 towels, no hand towels, no tea towels, no cleaning materials, dishwasher stunk, neither tv’s worked, no air conditioning, no toiletries, old stained pillows and doonas in cupboards, balcony door didn’t open so no fresh air, no bowls, 2nd bedroom bed very soft and uncomfortable, no ironing board, sink broken in main bathroom, not thoroughly cleaned, needs a good clean and repaint. When I contacted booking agent I was on hold for 30 minutes...

"Excellent hotel overlooking the Blackheath green space outside of Canary Wharf. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff in the breakfast and bar are unusually friendly for London, lol. Great place. A rare treat to have a small village like atmosphere. Parking is an issue and very expensive if you do happen to be driving. The hotel has free spaces for guests, but it is potluck getting one. Blackheath station is on the Southeastern so good access to London Bridge etc. "
