"The view was excellent for the Tower Bridge especially at night. The room needed maintenance, the shower/ bathtub and sink takes forever to drain, and you literally has to HOLD the lever down for a long time in order for the toilet to completely flushed. This property doesn't have a GYM, you have to walk about 20 mins to a gym apparently they partner with. Checking in was great as they have self serve machine and checking out takes less than a minute. I kept encountering house keeping staff...

"We stayed in room 922, while a lovely spacious quiet room, there were a few issues. Green flashing light above bed, which goes off all through the night. Asked reception 3 times to sort, eventually they covered this. The access door to the room, whenever opened it made a air sooking noise that we could hear - staff/guests opened this door for no reason. It would be good if a sign was on saying no access etc. We had to ask for the tea/coffee/milk to be replenished as it was not done so...

"I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and had an excellent experience. The location is outstanding and hard to beat for sightseeing in London. Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, Uber Boat services, and several HOHO bus stops are all within easy walking distance. "The Rubens is a fantastic hotel. We only stayed one night, but will definitely stay there upon return to London. The location cannot be beat, only a block or two from Buckingham Palace. The staff absolutely could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They really were fantastic!! The room was comfortable. We had a view of the Royal Mews. Breakfast was amazing. "Do not stay here! The room we got was really dirty and had one working outlet. Given that it is such a small and minimalist space, we had hoped the room would at least be clean. The bathroom had a horribly poor design with no shower door, so anytime the shower was turned on, the entire bathroom floor was soaked.
