"I had. A room with a broken window no curtains just a blind which did not block out traffic noise or did the single window glaze . No room had a shower in room ,or toilet ,the shower was just 1m x1m floor space with no space for hanging clothes . I would not stay there again ."

"Very comfortable, tastefully decorated room, appreciated the fully working air con. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Service great on check in and in the restaurant also. Highly recommended."

"It has to be disclosed that the pod ( for those not familiar with it) is indeed a enclosed space you can’t stand up in it ! It doesn’t work for older people and it could result in a possible lawsuit due to injuries - my view on this matter is that - it should be advertised explicitly as a confined space where the guest has to crawl into it and it is somewhat claustrophobic! Other than that, the place is kept clean and well designed!"

"We didn’t have a fridge. We hadn’t been informed of that beforehand. Otherwise a nice hotel."

"If you enjoy a windowless room with no amenities, carpet beetles in the bed, and no surface to set items upon, book this. I swear the no windows was driving me crazy. It's like Spirit Airlines, where you have to pay for each extra thing. They'll send a nice little What's app before you check in with all the amenities, but they all cost."

"Such a great spot. One stop from O2 and near shops and restaurants. Very quiet and all amenities catered for. Rooms are very small so be aware. I would like to see a slightly better deal on the smaller rooms. It would make me more likely to return."

"Clean hotel, staff mostly helpful. Didn’t realize when I booked that I got a windowless room, so be careful with that. Then someone else open the door to my room while I was in there, because I think they were accidentally assigned the same room. The worst part was the green LED on the ceiling that lit up the whole room while I was trying to sleep, so note that if you like it dark. Overall I recommend if you’re in a bind or tight on money, but otherwise go somewhere else."

"The hotel was perfectly located for the Hammersmith Odeon,the room was clean but a little tired, the bed was very comfortable,parking was awesome situated underneath the hotel I didn't have any time to use the amenities or have breakfast in the morning. The stand out for me was the staff, everyone I interacted with were delightful and couldn't have been more helpful, I would stay here again purely for the staff wonderfully trained and just the right amount of interaction with me without that...

"Charged for leaving a bag in Reception, room basic but clean. Not enough towels (they were supplied when requested), no air con and no tea/coffee facilities. Not great for the price."
