I could not travel. I asked fora refund. The hotel declined since I did not pay extra fee for a refund. No empathy. I lost almost $700 t o the hotel without staying there. "The property is very nice - good location for my visit to Tottenham Stadium to see a concert - it is approx half an hour walk- the only issue I had as a light sleeper was that due to no carpets in the room there was quite a lot of noise from guests walking about upstairs - otherwise all good 😊"
