"If I was rating the Devil’s armpit, this place would be 5/5. Sadly, I’m not. I’ve stayed in many places and this was the worst I have experienced. I booked weeks in advance through Expedia specifically for a twin room with a private bathroom due to medical needs. The description said “private bathroom”. Days before arrival, the hostel said I had actually booked a bunk-bed room with a shared bathroom. I was told the hostel had made an error, but none of their twin rooms have private bathrooms...

"The room was clean as well as the linens. The mattress was kind of cheap, maybe 3 inches thick. You could sleep but it was somewhat uncomfortable. Reminded me of the cots when I was a counselor at a summer camp. There was cracks in the brick walls, the rooms had some spackal but wasn't painted. Bathrooms with showers were always flooded with water so there must had been leaks from the shower. I loved the staff. There were very kind and helped me get around the city. Good food!!"

"4 night stay for my mate and I in a private room. Staff at this location is top notch; friendly, helpful and well trained. Showers are hot and have more than sufficient pressure. Location to St. Pancreas/King’s Cross as well as Russell Square Tube station is very convenient. Their bar/coffee service is excellent and the breakfast buffet is well worth the cost-do not pass on this. Definitely the prize of the stay."

"Upon arrival, staff was friendly and prepared to reply to us in different languages. They showed us around and ensure we knew how to access to bathrooms and kitchen. They offer support with accessing too. The room was clean, very basic and simple. We were unlucky to come on the one and only UKs summer heatwave and it was way too hot, despite the staff efforts to cool it down. Location was just perfect: near Hyde park and just opposite the underground to be able to access everywhere else! "

"I looked for the best deal in town and wasn’t disappointed. Minutes from Paddington station but miles away from noise, cited in a leafy square. For a hostel, this was perfect. Unexpected extras included fridge, microwave, desk fans, kettle and no need to ask for more towels or loo paper. Crisp clean bedding, fresh feel. This is basic done with style and the staff were lovely. Would definitely book with them again. Thank you."

"EN VERDAD no se si llamar hotel,o no se. lo que puedo contar es que pasamos un calor terrible nuestra habitación era en un piso para abajo sin ascensor y cargando 4 maletas con mochilas ect...el desayuno esta aceptable pero a las 9:30 am ya cierran estas de vacaciones allí no ofrecen almuerzo pues...extiende? un poco más la hora de cerrar el desayuno. Yo no regresaría de verdad pasamos un calor abrumador el baño parecía un saunas te levantas enpegostado al igual te acuestas así también muy mala...
