"Great staff, great breakfast, great shower. Room was very small for 3 (2 adults 1 9 year old on sofa bed). Only enough room for one at the end of the beds. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Overall really pleased, we will be staying again "

"Overall a good experience but issues with the postcode sent was to the incorrect entrance gate. Believe this was an issue for everyone. Nothing on the description to say the building/area was undergoing some work. Overall experience v positive. "

"Be aware when checking in to this property that you must travel to another area to collect the keys (Welwyn Garden City )which is not ideal as we had no transport the keys must then be returned to this place ( 7 min drive ) at best all I can say is the apartment was grubby and tired at worst it was dirty broken lamp shade, dammaged chairs and table, stained bed linen, dirty bath mat the list goes on. Its a shame as the apartment was idealy located near the shops and town centre but wont be staying again. "
