"The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Location is close to University of Hertfordshire, shopping and bus stop to St. Albans. Room was spotless and comfortable. No coffee in the room. Just tea and cookies. Highly recommend this lovely hotel."

"This boutique hotel is almost opposite the cathedral and walking distance from the town. Whilst it is small there is a comfortable and modern bar and an on site restaurant.
Rooms are smart and the beds are comfortable. "

"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly.
A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button.
The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out.
Overall is satisfactory!
If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be great. "

It would have been nice to have a fridge and a safe in the room to store my passport and valuables
It would have been nice to have an iron and drawers to put things into. I stayed for 5 nights so all the above would have made the stay a better experience"
