"Lovely venue close to festival great thanks"

"The Hotel's location is very good. However, it is busy and can be loud at times. The check-in was a bit hard, as there is not really a front desk, as customers are required to self check in. Was unable to check in early as requested, however, staff locked up our bags. Upon returning twas unable to self checkin in. There is a buzzer, which "may" get staff to come to desk. However, I rang it and end up waiting, for awhile before staff attended. I explained, I was unable to self check in. They still tried to get me to do, until finally, the staff member did it. Overall, the room we had was a good size and was clean and modern. The bathroom was a poor designed, sink and tub. The tub is quiet high and if I was older may not have been able to set up into it. Hallway noise can be quiet loud from doors slamming, so quiet closing doors would have been good."

"Had a really good one nights stay here. The location is great with parking and in a beautiful building. The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need. The shower is good and the beds are comfy. We would definitely stay here again."

"Be aware when checking in to this property that you must travel to another area to collect the keys (Welwyn Garden City )which is not ideal as we had no transport the keys must then be returned to this place ( 7 min drive ) at best all I can say is the apartment was grubby and tired at worst it was dirty broken lamp shade, dammaged chairs and table, stained bed linen, dirty bath mat the list goes on. Its a shame as the apartment was idealy located near the shops and town centre but wont be staying again. "
