"We had a lovely stay at Tewinbury for our wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a special night away. The hot tub made the stay feel extra special, and the whole setting was peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the little touches that made our anniversary feel memorable. It was a short stay, but a very enjoyable one, and we would be happy to come back again."

Hotel had the confirmation and had double booked but decided to not call me but instead tell me on the evening of arrival. They said their manager would call me the next day to rectify the refund. One girl was helpful finding me a hotel twice the price 20 minutes away. The other guy working there, had a 'tough luck attitude.' I had to call a week...

"The Hadley was a perfect stop over for my friend and I after a day in London and a show. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The public bar area was very welcoming and the food was good. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent. We would like to mention Scarlet, Miles, the bar manager Andrew and a special mention for Cassie who arranged some treatments for myself and my friend. "Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue."

"Stayed in the lovely en-suite room, which was nice, large and clean! Bed was quite comfortable. Bath was very modern. Only things to be informed about is no A/C (typical in non-corporate hotels!), may have missed the little tidbit of info on their webpage, but room had fan, which we put in window and had cool nights eventually. Shower is modern, but VERY small. Ultimately, I recommend the Nap Inn as a unique European stay!"
