"Bilder entsprachen nicht wie das Hotelzimmer effektiv war. Im Zimmer waren noch Kleidungsstücke von den Vorgänger vorhanden. Wir wechselten das Zummer 2 mal und jedesmal wurde Besserung versprochen. Wasser auf des Zimmer zu liefern war nach mehrmaligem Reklamieren immer noch nicht möglich. Schechtester Thailand Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Ich gehe jedes Jahr 2 mal nach Thailand und ich spreche fließend Thai."

"Fantastic family stay. We had a Grand Suite (Thani Wing) and the view was perfect. Nice big room for 2 adults and a child, though because the childs bed was in the living room area, we could have used an extra chair or seating option. Close to all pools and the beach. House keeping team were great. Excellent breakfast options in a clean environment. "The steps leading to the lift is very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Should find a solution to make it easier. Not to mention the area is so small and narrow. Becomes very congested during high traffic. "

"The hotel is amazing. The views are breathtaking the room and spacious modern very clean. The staff is very friendly and anything that you need there are there to answer questions. Would I stay there again yes and it’s close to Patong Beach they do provide shuttles to take you to and from the hotel from patong beach very convenient but just remember it’s on his schedule and you have to book it ahead of time the property is amazing loved it every day that I was there."
