"Hotel very elegant.. Staff are very welcoming and hospitable... Our executive room was clean and spacious with beautiful city view that we enjoyed.. Buffet breakfast was okay not so great.. same menu everyday for our 4 days stay.. they should've change the daily menu for the enjoyment of those customers who have a long stay. I will be back and book this hotel the next time i will visit Bangkok again. More power to all the beautiful Hotel Staff."

It would have been better to have 2 double beds but within minutes they had an extra bed set up as there were 4 of us. I’m quite pleased with the service. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. The concierge helped us print some documents at no charge. The shuttle to the mall is also a great service. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend. "
