Great location—only a 3–5 minute walk to the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet side street. The surroundings are peaceful and refreshing, and the area feels more upscale compared to other parts of Pattaya. The hotel has an elegant white exterior, with a modern and well-maintained interior. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. The design is minimalist and stylish, making it comfortable overall. However, the furnishings are a bit too minimal: in a twin room, there is only one small vanity table and one stool, and limited space for luggage. The balcony also has just one chair. The bathroom feels somewhat small compared to the bedroom, though it is nicely designed. Overall, for a four-star hotel, the price is very reasonable. Excellent value for money and a solid choice.

Excellent staff. The receptionists were completely natural and friendly especially Hanna and Natttawan who made me feel welcomed from the start. I highly recommend this hotel. It is spacious with a wide range of choices on the menu.

A great find. A newer hotel that’s well maintained with great friendly staff. Front desk really welcoming and room cleaners very diligent and friendly. Beds are super soft and luxurious. Located in a quiet area, very convent to Marina Mall and beach.

Pleasent place w special something w own projector

Overall very pleasant stay. Some trouble checking out, but they sorted that out in 10 minutes. Couldn't get the projector in my room to work with my own Android mobile. But otherwise it worked nicely and had nice picture.

Artistic expression

The staff at Terra Nara were absolutely wonderful, kind and gave me the feeling I was family. This review reflects my experience, room service was fast and tasty. The room was spacious and open, this allowed me to move about as I worked. The open air design of the hotel allows for artistic freedom to feel comfortable when walking around and photographing . It’s so delightful that I’m sure I spotted a celebrity or two enjoying the grounds.

I feel the property is clean and modern, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I think as well the whole of the Thai people are warm and friendly. If I had to offer suggestions I'd say charging for ice seems a little out of the ordinary. The breakfast was good and the service great, could stand a little more meat maybe. I love this hotel and would recommend it to all, in fact already have, 2 of my friends are planning a visit to Thailand in February and I mentioned this property.

subpar with unwitting guests

Went as a couple.. breakfast was good to correct someone else’s review.. cleaning also very good as usual.. but front desk didn’t do anything special as usual.. weird entryway and terrible room situation… no tv and rigid old projector that can’t really be used because it loads up old apps in random languages and requires total darkness… and old terrible rigid bed frames… views from window to avoid - directly of some random retirement home.. no real lobby or other things besides a pool — near the beach
