We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Koh Samui. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The pool was clean and inviting, and we really appreciated the complimentary use of the kayak, which was a fun bonus.
Housekeeping was very accommodating, and all the staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with a 7-Eleven and motorbike rental just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials or get around the island.
That said, walking around the area was a bit challenging due to the lack of proper sidewalks, and dining options nearby were limited, with only a couple of nice restaurants within easy reach.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially for those planning to explore Koh Samui by motorbike or relax by the pool with a view.

The beach area was beautiful it was clean the easy to reach from the hotel , there were other restaurants based along the beach so dining experience was wonderful to be beside the sea which is has not tidal . The area was quiet but this made it more special. The staff were most helpful and assisted in arranging a collection and drop off to the local ferry port. We could pay using card transfer and this assisted as there are many places which do not allow the same service and only want cash . We would very much like to return again in the future .

I have stayed here twice and would stay again. Away from busy tourist areas but nice peaceful garden setting with individual cabanas. Across the (moderately busy) street from the beach but was no issue during the low season getting across.

We had a fabulous sea view on the top floor and the stairs were worth it. The area wasn’t exactly what we were expecting (less family friendly) but Lamai Buri was quiet and calm. The beach was a few minutes walk and the sea was gorgeous to swim in. Staff always tried to help and housekeeping made a fabulous towel cake for my husband’s birthday.
