My husband and I had the most incredible stay at The Senses for our honeymoon. The staff were incredible - so friendly and attentive which made our stay even better. We couldn’t recommend staying at this hotel enough - it was clean, the amenities were spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good location close to the action of Bangla Street but allows you to have some distance for your own mental well-being. Cute bars nearby to have a drink and Four 20 friendly shops as well. The highlight of the hotel is in the hospitality displayed by the staff - special shout out to Peter and Pat who went above and beyond. Will definitely drop by again. K-Man.

Absolutely Amazing Stay at The Senses Resort, Patong! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff at The Senses Resort truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for — it’s what makes this place so special. The check-in was smooth and friendly, and we were offered a welcome drink right away. The room was spotless, modern, and had an incredible view of Patong — especially beautiful at night. The pool area is stunning, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the busy streets below. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff were always attentive, remembering small details like our coffee preferences and checking that everything was perfect. Housekeeping was excellent, and every team member we met — from reception to the restaurant to the shuttle driver — was kind, polite, and genuinely happy to help. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff make you feel like family, but The Senses Resort manages to do just that. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable — we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Patong. Beautiful resort, amazing views, and truly exceptional staff!

The staff team is amazing and professional. Very kind and helpful in our activities planning. The selections and the quality of the breakfast buffet could be improved but so far so good. The interior building is a bit old but very clean and comfortable, the staff doing very well in cleaning. The Swimming pool is brilliant in condition and size. Love this swimming pool very very much. Had 2 lunches at poolside restaurant, fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. Overall very pleasant experience and would love to come back again.

The staff was always friendly and liked to serve us well. Unfortunately some of them did not allow us to pay by tapping the phone, only by physical card which is not good and old fashion cause it's easier and faster to do it by phone. So keep it easy and fast my friends in the future. Besides that, the location is awesome you can walk everywhere by foot, no car, etc. neeeded. To improve in the future, please make sure these elevators smell better, and change your lighting systems in the bathrooms, they are terrible bright. All in all, I would definitely come back in the future and would recommend it to people who like to have a nice view and a good location.
