Staff and service/food quality were excellent. Gym and pool were great. Room was super. Lobby lounge and coffee shop were lovely. On site restaurants were really good. Can't wait to go back.

Partly outdated, but overall a good place to stay. I would happily stay again but only in the Shangri-La Wing. We requested a room change to the Shangri-La Wing because the Krungthep room and hallways were very outdated. Great location and friendly staff.

The grounds were amazing and lush with a beautiful pool in the middle. The gym was great with lots of options. The breakfast bar was absolutely stellar. The rooms were beautiful and everything was clean. I would highly recommend and I hope to be back!

Overall staff was great and amenities were remarkable. But one of the staff at the reception counter “Palm” was rude and full of attitude. Sorry I am not staying free but he refused to help and asked if i had occupied two rooms Why would I book two rooms when I clearly wrote that am travelling with my husband for his birthday Extremely disappointed with the way he approached and not helped at all.
