Hotels with Kitchenette in Russia

"How is possible that in 2022 a hotel staff in a European Capital don't speak English? The room are too small ,too hot and there is not a proper ventilation or air conditioning system, it's really suffocating and unhealthy . The staff is promising you to register you to the local police but they won't do it for real. There was a bad smell every time the tap water was running and the shower did not keep the temperature stable. I have been staying at the 4th floor and I was very sick for a few...
