We enjoyed our staycation with my small pet almost every year on his birthday. We can now dine outdoors at their restaurants which are pet friendly. We stayed in the same room as last year. Overall it was a nice experience. The staff are very helpful and the room is well maintained and clean.

An excellent and wonderful hotel! This was my second stay, and it will definitely be my top choice whenever I return to Singapore. However, I couldn't give a full 5-star rating due to two minor issues. First, despite letting them know in advance that we would be arriving early, one of our two rooms wasn't ready at check-in time (3:00 PM), and we didn't receive it until around 4:30 PM. Second, the pillows provided are only available in a standard size and softness. While the firmness happened to be perfect for me, they weren't suitable for my wife. We requested an alternative, and while the staff were very cooperative and provided another one, it still didn't work out. The hotel would benefit greatly from offering a pillow menu with different options.
