"This was such a beautiful place. The staff was so nice and everything was perfect. Was so sad to leave. My only con is the room level. I paid extra for a high floor but didn’t expect to be on just level 8 out of 21 floors. Still, great room and experience"

"Was able to check in earlier at 2pm and check out late at 1pm. Hotel offered to upgrade 1 of our 2 rooms to premier suite but we rather stay put as interconnecting rooms. Rooms are slightly musty so we left the doors open for awhile everyday as windows cannot be opened. Parking with multiple entries at RM5 every 24hr. Need to validate touch & go card for each exit. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious and very clean, which made it a comfortable stopover. Their restaurant also serves really good Malaysian food—definitely a plus for an airport hotel. It did take us a bit of time to find the connecting walkway from the airport—we really wish the signage was clearer or more visible. The only other downside was the outlet compatibility. We weren’t able to use our devices (my hair straightener included), which was a bit inconvenient. For an airport hotel, I was hoping they’d have more universal outlets. Overall though, still a great and convenient stay. "
