"Cool location and fantastic place to stay. "

"Lovely stay."

"Over all good service but would expect more for the amount they charge, the lifts where very small and one was broken so ended up being quite cramped going up and down to the room as had young children with me who needed to use lift due to pushchair, however stairs are available and it's not a far walk but with bags and kids the lift is the way to go and unfortunately it was just not ideal. Breakfast was very basic and the staff seemed to ignore us largely other then walking us to a table when...

"Good room, great bathroom products, helpful staff, great breakfast buffet."

"Lovely friendly staff Good food in resteraunt and at breakfast Only 5/6 minute walk to tube station for central London"

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"Has everything you need when staying at a hotel. Staff were very helpful. Loved that there was a bar in the lobby."

"Very impressed. Great value for money, clean and convenient. Breakfast for £5 was a bargain."

"The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

No bed set up for child. I rang reception and received no answer. So went back down and was told that when someone was available the room would be sorted. We went down for a drink in the bar and when we returned, nothing had changed. We relaxed for a while and watched some TV but the remote wouldn't change...
