The staff at the hotel made the stay- it was so refreshing to feel so welcomed and any requests were dealt with promptly. It made such a change (particularly for central London) for the staff to be so welcoming and personable. Great location for Abba Voyage or for the tube into London. Not much in the immediate area but a fantastic base for the usual site seeing. Big thanks to Roland- fabulous asset to the team!

Lovely clean room and comfy bed. Nice staff very pleasant Stairs very steep. Aircon/heating fans were a bit noisy. Some traffic noise and vibration from the underground. Good location for Abba Voyage arena.... But wear your flat shoes!

Twin room was ‘compact’, bed were actually touching. Comfy beds & nice bathroom with great lighting & mirrors for doing makeup. Breakfast was pretty decent with good choice of hot food, cold food & pastries. Location great for ABBA Voyage, you could walk, hotel ordered us a taxi for £7. Staff are what really make this hotel, every member of staff was delightful and super helpful.

Great location for our visit the ABBA voyage, 10 mins walk away, Hotel is 10 mins away from main station which takes 30 mins to get to Kings Cross, great shopping centre 10 mins walk away with good bars as there is not much available in Stratford in the way of bars and restaurants, great breakfast in this hotel, clean, friendly staff

Arrived a little early and was happy to leave luggage until check-in time, but staff were really helpful and advised a room was available for us to check-in. Very pleasant throughout stay and handy for Abba Arena. If we are in that area again, would be more than happy to return here for another stay. The Rituals toiletries were quality as well.

The hotel appears quite inconspicuous from the outside however it is a very well organised, convenient place to stay especially if you are visiting the Olympic Park or the ABBA event. The room and facilities were spotless. The lady who runs the evening bar is lovely. Very helpful. The breakfast is very, very good with plenty of choice to set you up for the day. The reception staff were courteous and helpful with directions and other enquiries. Overall. A very enjoyable stay with no negative feedback or constructive criticism required.
