Reasonable price for double room, 2 nights. Made use of Marina for breakfast. Local to visit family.
Shower needs modernising. Sealant in shower mouldy
A little further away from where we wanted to be but good value for money and worth driving too. Nice cafe on site for breakfast with very friendly staff.
Good parking. Nice area. Staff were friendly. Room was cold even with heating on, asked for an extra heater but the staff couldn’t find me one. Mold growing on the inside of the fridge. Food was pretty poor from the boathouse cafe, cheap though.

Friendly efficient staff.room was clean. Kettle didn't work and toilet and sink wouldn't drain
Quick one night stay. Room was adequate. Bathroom very inconvenient if you are above average weight as no room between basin and shower cubicle to stand to wash! Bed very hard.
No restaurant on site but excellent breakfast in the nearby cafe.
Not easy to find in the dark.
All good hotel, location, helpful staff, plenty of parking. But blind in my room been very poor, because every single car that pass, lightning my room like in day, so can sleep properly. I explained that to receptionist in morning, hopefully that will be sorted for future customers. Thanks
Nice surroundings. Bit cut off from amenities. Customer service was just 'jobs worth' and no extras.

Clean, basic room. Bathroom basic, but spotless, walk in shower (always a plus for us. We were on the ground floor, so had french doors and a little courtyard area with table and chairs, which would be great for a longer stay. Virtually unique setting, a canal, with narrowboats, as you approach, lots of very nice static mobile homes, a huge marina with hundreds of narrow and wide beam boats, and a cafe/bar, around a five minute walk or 1 minute drive from the hotel. Check in a little unusual. Find the reception (tricky in the dark, could do with much better signage), then call Security, and they come and let you in. Super cheerful and helpful security guy. Excellent breakfast in the cafe. We were just on a business overnighter, but felt it would be a great place to stay for a couple of (hopefully) sunny days. Added to our list of 'Would return' hotels. Thanks
