"I would just like to say how wonderful the staff were at this cute hotel. I recently stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending a conference at the excel. From the moment i arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. All the staff were amazing and could not be more helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning on my next trip to London. Thank you Prince Regent Excel for making my stay so comfortable. "

"Staff is fantastic to work with, and good flexibility for choosing how often your room is fully cleaned during your stay (can be less for conservation purposes or when not needed, or every day if you want without special request). I do think one improvement needed is safes in the guest rooms. "

"We had an excellent stay 10 minute walk to station at most. Room was clean and tea - coffee availablity was lovely after a busy day. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Food being available after Abba Voyage show was great as we hadnt had time to eat. A brilliant 2 night stay thank you"

"Stayed just for one night as part of a birthday trip for my daughter. Wanted to stay somewhere a little more interesting than the usual chain hotels and this absolutely fitted the bill. Spacious room, comfortable beds and no noise from other rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good with lovely views across the dock towards the O2. Would definitely stay here again."
