"Great Location, Wonderful layout and good level of customer service. However, I found stains galore in the room and on the towels. The shower fittings were hanging off the wall, when notified the staff member said he would check it out but when I returned it was pretty much the same. Barely any sleep due to neighbouring rooms being loud until early hours and doors slamming shut. The key card for the room only ever worked on the 3rd time of trying. "Avoid this hotel. The beds are rock hard with broken springs, the pillows are completely flat, and the room was visibly damaged. Add a weak shower and a foul odor lingering throughout the hallways, and it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience."
