"Fantastic hotel. Perfect location, a minute from South Kensington station. Our room was amazing, spacious, clean, super comfy bed, top notch. The towels were fabulous, the mini bar was stocked and complimentary. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely stay again."

"Threadbare drapes, stained carpets, scratches and dents on the wall, chipped soap holder, tea cup that was chipped and dripped tea through it, two pushed together beds instead of a single king bed, peeling paint, and no outlets where there should be (I.e. none by tea kettle, none by bedside tables).
For a 5-star hotel at this price is embarrassing."

"Location is walking distance to many major tourist spots. Near the heart of Piccadilly but away from the noise. We walked to several areas including the palace, church and bridges. Many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs all around.
Staff are courteous. Our server in the restaurant is sweet. The breakfast was good.
Even with an “upgrade”, the room was small and bathrooms need an overhaul. The grout in the shower was all crumbly and coming up and the toilet didn’t seem clean. For how small...
