"Didn't see the bar, great valet service bags were in the rooms by the time we checked in, staff were friendly and welcoming and rooms were lovely. Well priced for a booking we made the night before and the option to buy everything in the room + the minibar and complimentary espressos. Great hotel"

"Romm was clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was great lots of choices.
Room was quite warm the first night as AC couldnt cool it down due to the heat wave."

"This is the best hotel that I have stayed in London form the last 20 trips to this city. The staff were out of this world and when I left my backpack in the taxi coming from the airport they went out of their way to find it and got it returned . Even when I asked for newspaper, they went and bought the paper I wanted it and delivered to my room. This hotel will be my destination next trip tp London"

"Lovely room with fluffy towels and a great bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with tea brought in a teapot very rare to find!
Quiet and relaxing hotel, very rarely would I return to a London hotel but I’m heading there next time.
Staff were 1st class."
