"The front-of-house reception staff displayed exceptional professionalism when interacting with customers, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
The room was of excellent quality and so quiet never heard any noise at all.
Would highly recommend this Hotel "

"This hotel was great and prime location. The restaurant located within was excellent and the staff was super nice. Shout out to Michaela (italien lady at reception) - she’s was extremely friendly and great to converse with. Excellent service from the entire staff. This is my new go-to hotel when coming to London for business. "

"Small but very aesthetic- perfect for pictures. The bathroom is gorgeous. Breakfast is healthy rather than a traditional big fry-up, so if that’s what you’re looking for, it may not suit you. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay."

"i loved this hotel so much i have rebooked for 2 nights in March! It was FABULOUS. Room was beautiful. Super clean. LARGE.... which is rare in London. Nicest london hotel i have stayed in and SO quiet! We ate in the restaurant. Pricey but absolutely delicious and really well thought out menu.
The staff were all faultless - see you in March"
