"Great location and restaurant "

"Excellent hotel. We had some delays on room availability by around 20 mins on checkout but we were fairly compensated (€150 bar voucher) and after checking we realised one of the two sinks was blocked. Upon raising this to hotel staff they gave us more compensation (€150 bar voucher) for the inconvenience. All in all very positive experience and professional hospitality. Breakfast was also delicious and freshly made options available rather than just buffet services like most hotels which was a plus. "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Cole is very lovely front of house as were all the staff we spoke to. Spotless room with an extra check from housekeeping to see if there was anything else we needed. Brilliant breakfast and the bonus of some time in the spa."
