Hotel Mewah di Manchester

"Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

"Second time staying here. Everything was great. Decor is lovely giving great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive even with the less expensive continental option. Staff are well trained and helpful. Easy walk through the park to Didsbury village and the tram station. Room isn’t air conditioned but fan provided was sufficient."

"Informed the hotel of our expected arrival time as requested. Arrived at around 11am and were told the room was ready....but check in was not until 2pm so if we wanted to check in we'd have to pay £50 early check in fee. "There was a minor issue with some lighting in my room, and the staff were great at dealing with it, moving me to a better room in the end. I stay in Manchester a lot and this is hands down the best breakfast, in the grandest of rooms! They do have a lot of big events here so it's always busy and buzzing."
