"Excellent location. Good attentive staff. Great breakfast. But the room design is wanting. Black separate shower and toilet are dark. Water is coming out of the shower and the floor is moldy and swallen. So, the washroom door jams. Overall design is somewhat pretentious but with unnecessaryly reduced space and functionality. Would have been better with more conventional simpler approach. Overall recommended though."

"We had an issue arriving to London. I tried to contact the hotel but the phone number wasn't working so I sent a message informing we would be arriving the next day and wanted to confirm our reservation was held for us and that our room would be ready in the morning. I received no response. Upon arrival we were told that the hotel was sold out and a room was not yet available for us (even though we had paid for the previous night). "Room cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok and variety suited all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the hot tub Well connected to local transport which could get expensive if you stay for longer than two days"
