"Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

"This hotel was wonderful for me.
Check-in and check-out are done on a touch panel, and if you have any questions, the staff will help you.
The room was very clean.
There are no amenities or a hair dryer, but I knew that in advance, so it wasn’t a problem.
There was an issue where hot water didn’t come out of the shower, but when I asked the staff, they fixed it right away.
The hotel is located in the middle of a busy downtown area, so there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

"I have stayed at this hotel before. It is very convenient to Victoria station. The rooms are small but comfortable and it is fairly priced. Common area, breakfast and bar are also very nice. "

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor
although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good
