"Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby.
Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside.
The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. "
"Charged us for a deluxe room and gave us a room 2/3 the size no curtains, no room safe, noisy and not cleaned properly - still half full drink bottles from previous tenant.
Several years ago it was well run, not any more. L"
"I liked the room, service and location.
The bathroom though is annoyingly a wet room, so after showering tge whoke BR is a mess, and with only one faucet in the sink"

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people.
The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using.
Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links.

"Area is accessible to historic sites, shops and local eating joints. Wasn't aware that the sound of morning prayers from the nearby mosque was that loud."

"It says they will give me a number to open the box which contains the key for a room. I have contacted the hotel more then 10 time they did not give me a room and a pass code for the key. I messaged the hotel at the afternoon 1:00 pm and call them the did not respond and I message Expedia, it did not respond as well. So I have to search other booking App for a different phone number to get in contact with the hotel staff to get the room key the next morning 3;00 Am. "
"My wife and I really liked the Muntri Grove. Curiously, it was near several hotels recommended for an event I was in George Town for but was not included despite being more affordable and equal if not superior to the ones that were! We were greeted warmly by a friendly staff member and shown our lovely room, that was spacious and had a number of unique touches. I liked the high ceiling and ceiling fan. There is a small pool that we made good use of. And on the weekend, there was a complimentary “high tea” poolside with pastries. The only downside for some visitors — and I had noticed this in other reviews — was that a nearby club plays live music until late at night. It didn’t disturb me much, but one night my wife said she had a little trouble falling asleep. But we would stay at the Muntri Grove again."
